Elinzanetant is a dual neurokinin-1 and 3 (NK-1 and NK-3) receptor antagonist. It modulates estrogen-sensitive neurons in the hypothalamus, which helps control body heat mechanisms and reduce vasomotor symptoms

Elinzanetant is indicated for the treatment of moderate-to-severe vasomotor symptoms (VMS) associated with menopause
