Regulatory Milestones: We filed 133 new DMFs globally and 241 dossiers, including ANDAs, showcasing our commitment to regulatory excellence.
Expanding Reach: With a focus on serving more patients, we achieved a remarkable milestone of serving over 700 million patients. Our vision is to reach 1.5 billion patients by 2030.
Diversity and Inclusion: We made strides in fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace by increasing female representation in leadership by 4.1% and employing 147 differently-abled individuals.
Employee Development: Our commitment to employee growth is evident in the 92% of employees who underwent skill upgradation.
Safety First: We prioritized safety by reducing the LTIFR from 0.28 to 0.14, demonstrating our dedication to a safe working environment.

Water Reuse: Our water conservation efforts resulted in a 48% water reuse and recycling rate.
Rainwater Harvesting: We harvested and consumed 102,582 kilolitres of rainwater, reducing our reliance on traditional water sources.
