作用机制
达比加群及其酰基葡糖苷酸是竞争性直接凝血酶抑制剂。由于凝血酶（丝氨酸蛋白酶）在凝血级联反应中促进纤维蛋白原转化为纤维蛋白，因此抑制凝血酶可阻止血栓形成。活性成分可抑制游离凝血酶和血栓结合凝血酶，以及凝血酶诱导的血小板聚集
