作用机制
Naproxen（萘普生）具有 镇痛、抗炎和解热 的特性。
与其他 NSAIDs（非甾体抗炎药） 类似，NAPRELAN 的作用机制尚未完全明确，但其作用主要与 抑制环氧合酶（COX-1 和 COX-2） 有关。
Naproxen sodium（萘普生钠）在体外是 前列腺素合成的强效抑制剂。治疗期间达到的萘普生钠浓度可产生体内药效。前列腺素在动物模型中可使传入神经敏化，并增强缓激肽（bradykinin）诱发疼痛的作用。同时，前列腺素也是炎症的介质。
适应症
NAPRELAN 是一种 非甾体抗炎药（NSAID），适用于治疗：
- 类风湿性关节炎（RA）
- 骨关节炎（OA）
- 强直性脊柱炎（AS）
- 腱炎、滑囊炎
