作用机制
利格列汀是一种 DPP-4 抑制剂，DPP-4 是一种会降解肠促胰素激素（胰高糖素样肽-1〔GLP-1〕和葡萄糖依赖性促胰岛素多肽〔GIP〕）的酶。通过抑制 DPP-4，利格列汀能够提高活性肠促胰素的浓度，从而在血糖依赖性机制下刺激胰岛素的分泌，并降低循环中的胰高糖素水平。这两种肠促胰素参与机体葡萄糖稳态的生理调节，它们在一天中以较低的基础水平分泌，并在进食后立即升高。GLP-1 和 GIP 在正常或升高的血糖水平下可增强胰腺β细胞的胰岛素合成和分泌。此外，GLP-1 还可减少胰腺α细胞的胰高糖素分泌，从而降低肝脏的葡萄糖输出。
